★★★★★ We were impressed with how quiet our stay was in the city. We were the only occupants in all the 3 units this large older home has. We utilized the well-equipped kitchen to cook our meals, and enjoyed the ability to make tea with the electric kettle or coffee with K cups. The 2 huge BRs upstairs share 1 Bth which features the BEST shower I’ve EVER enjoyed. The 1/2 Bth downstairs with the 2nd toilet was convenient. Host was quick to communicate and very fair. A++ Love that he’s on a mission to bring life back to some of the older homes in Moultrie, GA. Certainly did so in this beautifully updated home! We enjoyed the lovely seating area in the rear of property; shower toiletries; auto/hand dish & laundry soap for the washer/dryer; WiFi. There IS covered parking onsite, but trips in the dark were a bit tricky to navigate for the unit farthest from parking. Bring a flashlight! Thank you, we will book again!
