I’m particular about wanting accommodations to look, feel and smell clean when I arrive. I’m a tough judge who notices walls, baseboards, floor corners, tile crevices in tubs and showers etc.
This cozy place has passed the test each time; deserving the Superclean award.

Plus, the hosts are great…kind & quick (very quick) to respond to any questions.

★★★★★ We stayed at Randal and Jason’s place during a 10-day bike tour through northern Florida and southern Georgia, and it was exceptional. The house was spotless and appeared to have been very recently and beautifully renovated. Everything felt top quality and like new, including the furniture, bedding, and kitchen equipment. They clearly paid close attention to the small details that make a place especially comfortable and traveler-friendly. The outdoor spaces were great, the neighborhood was beautiful, and it was only a short walk to downtown. They were also proactive communicators and very responsive to messages, although the place was so well set up that we hardly had any questions. A+.

The cottage is spacious but still cozy and has just what is needed to make your stay comfortable - truly a home away from home in a way that a hotel just can't match! The home is restored beautifully and furnished for a long or short stay - fully equipped kitchen, laundry, comfy beds, and fabulous bathrooms. We will definitely look first for the Palm Cottage next time we need a place in Moultrie!

Everything needed for a peaceful comfortable stay was provided, including comfortable beds and clean well stocked, functional bathrooms, sitting spaces, kitchen, well stocked with supplies. Also extra thoughtful amenities like water, sodas, half-and-half, cream, other creamers in the fridge, pods for the coffee maker, plenty of plates, knives, silverware, etc. Even some extra food treats for the road. A comprehensive booklet onsite with clear instructions on using the house, as well as tips for enjoying the community restaurants, etc. Kudos to the hosts!

We weren’t very familiar with the area and weren’t feeling good about booking a hotel, so we decided to go with an Airbnb.. We were trying to stay in a close proximity to the wedding venue and we came across the Palm Cottage during our search. The pictures don’t do it justice! What a peaceful neighborhood it’s located in! The place is just darling inside with lots of character, beautifully updated kitchen and bathrooms with tasteful furnishings and quality bed and bath linens. Enjoyed our time there!

★★★★★ My sister and I stayed at Randal's Palm Cottage 🌴 to go to the High Cotton annual yard sale. The cottage was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean and updated kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were so comfortable and cozy. I only wish after a long day of walking there would have been a comfy sofa or a couple of soft chairs to relax in. It didn't hamper our enjoyment of the cottage and the fun we had in Moultrie.

And we loved the bathrooms! And the showers were amazing! Great kitchen and lots of attention to details. The beds were very comfortable also. We went to dinner at Doughboys just down the street which was listed in the book for the cottage. It is a cute place with a lot of friendly regulars. And the food was delicious. Love their sauce and Stromboli. Definitely want to go back to the cottage and visit Moultrie again! Highly recommend this air bnb!
