★★★★★ Our stay at the Magnolia Cottage was very nice, clean and cozy. We liked how quiet the neighborhood was at night, and how close it was to where we needed to be for our car racing event at Spence field. Both Randal and Jason were very nice and super responsive to messages. Would love to be able to stay here again in the future, and would definitely recommend staying at the cottage to anyone.

The location is perfect: close to downtown and the aquatic center; beds are new or nearly so, appliances are nice and kitchens are well appointed. I plan on staying at one of Randall's properties next year!

★★★★★ Such an adorable cottage in a great location. Just a few blocks from downtown Moultrie on an adorable & safe street. It was so nice to have waters , soft drinks, snacks and plenty of the basic supplies to get through my stay without a grocery run. My host was very responsive and helpful. I arrived after dark. The lights were on and directions were clear. I stay in a lot of Air B&Bs and this was one of the best on many levels . I am grateful for hosts and cottages like this! thanks so much!
